Application of corrosion and scale inhibitors in cooling tower systems
Circulating cooling water system has two important elements, namely cooling tower and corrosion and scale inhibitor. Cooling tower is used for heat dissipation of circulating cooling water system, after using corrosion and scale inhibitor, it can save water in the system, stabilize the water quality, and improve the concentration rate, reduce the cost of enterprise production.
I: Cooling tower system
Cooling tower system (hereinafter referred to as cooling tower) is a set of aerodynamics, thermodynamics, fluid science, chemistry, biochemistry, materials science, static and dynamic structural mechanics, processing technology and other disciplines as one of the integrated product. II: Corrosion and scale inhibitor
Corrosion and scale inhibitor is also known as scale and corrosion inhibitor, because it is used in circulating cooling water system, so it is also known as circulating water corrosion and scale inhibitor and circulating cooling water corrosion and scale inhibitor, it can be used alone without alkali washing first, without heating, it can effectively decompose all kinds of scale in insoluble calcium carbonate, silicate, sulfate and other inorganic substances, it is quick and convenient to use. After dissolving the scale, it will not produce precipitation material which is difficult to dissolve in water, so it can prolong the cleaning cycle of the system, extend the service life of the equipment and reduce the operation cost. This product also has excellent function of removing oxides and organic pollutants.
