RISE Chemical Cutting Fluid Defoamer Applications
Recently, RISE Chemical Company received a customer's inquiry about defoamer. The customer's company is engaged in the metal processing industry and needs to use semi-synthetic cutting fluid in the metal processing process. But in the use of cutting fluid, produced a foam problem, the need for defoamer products to remove foam to ensure production.
According to the customer, they use the cutting fluid in the foam, earlier contacted other antifoaming agent manufacturers, got a few antifoaming agent samples for the trial sample. But in the process of sampling the effect is not very satisfactory. After adding defoamer to the cutting fluid, the defoamer precipitated out of the cutting fluid and produced a white floating substance on the surface of the cutting fluid. After detailed understanding of the customer's site process, our technicians made reasonable improvements to the metal processing production line for the customer's site conditions, and informed the adjustment of the process. At the same time, we arranged several suitable Cutting Fluid Defoamer samples to be mailed to the customer for on-site testing.
