Correct dilution method
1、Configuration of thickening water
① Configure 10-20% NaOH solution
② Configure 2-3% solution of ASE60 thickener
③Adjust PH to 7-8
2、Dilution of defoamer with thickened water
In accordance with the dilution ratio, the thickened water slowly added to the antifoaming agent stirring, production process (60-70 rpm), do not use high shear mixing dilution;
3、Replenish the fungicide
Add the appropriate amount of fungicide after mixing, then mix well and filter the discharge.
