(1) Concrete with large water consumption and high water cement ratio;

(2) Improper aggregate size and excessive content of needle and flake particles;

(3) Unreasonable gradation, too much coarse aggregate and too little fine aggregate;

Application of Cement defoamer

Cement defoamer is widely used in the production of cement mortar, water reducing agent, concrete, grout, asbestos tile, calcium silicate board, putty powder, mineral slurry, reinforcing agent, water reducing agent and other building materials industry products.

Product introduction

Cement defoamer is a defoamer synthesized by polyether and other ingredients. Cement defoamer works well even at  the condition of strong acid and alkali. When the pH value of defoaming system is 14, many silicone defoamers have broken the emulsion and bleached the oil, and lost the due physical state of defoaming agent, which will not only reduce or disappear the defoaming force, but also bring unexpected disadvantages to the process behind defoaming products. Our cement defoamers can maintain a good physical state at this temperature,  not demulsify, bleach oil, but have stronger defoaming and foam suppression

Usage and Precautions

1.Addition: According to different use systems, the addition amount of defoamer can be 0.05%-0.3%, and the addition amount is determined according to specific conditions; 

2.Packing: This product is packed in 25/200/1000KG plastic drums;

3.Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place indoors. Before use, the container should be strictly sealed after use. About 25℃, the shelf life is 12 months

4.Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation to prevent the ingress of impurities such as moisture, strong alkali, strong acid, rainwater, etc.
