Latex Antifoam

When latex is stirred, topped, flowing and filtered, a lot of bubbles are often mixed with air. Because of the need of raw technology, the diluent used in latex paint is water. In emulsion polymerization, a certain amount of emulsifier must be used to achieve stable water dispersions. Because of the use of emulsifiers, the surface tension of emulsion system is greatly reduced, which is the main reason for foaming.

Natural latex defoamer is especially suitable for phenylpropylene, ethylpropylene, pure propylene, vinyl acetate emulsion, carboxybutadiene and other emulsion-type water. Latex defoamer has the characteristics of good defoaming, good foam suppression, good leveling, low dosage, no oil bleaching, no fish-eye holes, does not affect the appearance of the product and the performance of the coating and so on.

Natural latex defoamer is made of a variety of active additives refined by special technology. Latex defoamer is easy to be dispersed in aqueous system, with strong self-emulsifying property, good defoaming, long foam inhibition time, especially for water-soluble macromolecule and medium and low high-viscosity system with special effect.

1. Dosage Instructions: The appropriate addition quantity of the defoamer depends on the different usage systems. Generally, natural latex defoamer can range from 0.05% to 0.3%. However, the exact amount needs to be decided based on specific circumstances.

2. Packaging Details: The natural latex defoamer product is packaged in plastic drums with capacities of 25KG, 200KG, and 1000KG respectively.

3. Storage Requirements: Store the natural latex defoamer product indoors in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry area. Make sure to seal the container tightly both before use and after each time it is opened. At approximately 25℃, the product has a shelf life of 12 months.

4. Transportation Precautions: During transportation, the natural latex defoamer product must be well sealed to prevent the entry of impurities like moisture, strong alkalis, strong acids, and rainwater.
