Reasons for foaming of PVA glue

1. A variety of surfactants are added to the raw materials. The surfactants change the surface tension of the water-based adhesive, and the surfactants are easy to cause foam.

2. In various high-speed mixers and some construction, turbulence, splashing, impact, air pockets, etc. occur in the adhesive, resulting in foam generation.

3. Due to the use of emulsifier, the surface tension of the emulsion system is greatly reduced.

Application of PVA glue defoamer

RISE glue defoamer is widely used in: PVA glue, adhesive, water-based adhesive, gel and glue, glue, EVA emulsion, latex, emulsion polymerization, adhesive, white latex, starch glue and other defoaming and anti-foaming.

The adhesive defoamer is also suitable for all kinds of emulsions: acrylic resin, adhesive, white latex, polymer glue, water-based color paste, emulsion polymerization, waterproof coating, printing, synthetic emulsion and other water-based systems and oil-based defoaming.

Product introduction

PVA glue defoamer is a composite defoamer developed through a special process. The antifoaming agent is formulated with suitable solvent, emulsifier or inorganic filler through a special process, so the application of the defoamer is wide. The glue defoamer can be used both in water systems to defoam and in oil systems. 

As a defoamer, the anti-foaming agent has strong defoaming power, and is particularly valuable because the waterborne adhesive defoamer combines chemical stability, physiological inertness, and good high and low temperature performance.

Usage and Precautions

1.Addition: According to different use systems, the addition amount of defoamer can be 0.05%-0.3%, and the addition amount is determined according to specific conditions; 

2.Packing: This product is packed in 25/200/1000KG plastic drums;

3.Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place indoors. Before use, the container should be strictly sealed after use. About 25℃, the shelf life is 12 months

4.Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation to prevent the ingress of impurities such as moisture, strong alkali, strong acid, rainwater, etc.
